I have decided to blog some more of my concerns related to Metalink3. Check my previous post related to ML3. I have noted down some key issues that should be looked upon. I am sure that the ML3 team is still working hard to improve the tool and hopefully they read this blog to improvise on.

As everyone knows a while back Oracle replaced Siebel Support web with new metalink3. It has been more than three months since I have been using it. I am not sure how everyone likes it but I like it less compared to Support Web. Might be probably I resist change more than others. Of course there are both positive and negative aspects about Metalink3. Below are some pointers. (more…)
